What If I Have Allergies?
Some of my products do not contain any nut derived ingredients. Although all measures are taken to avoid cross contamination, I cannot guarantee against airborne contamination and therefore the products may not be suitable for those with allergies.
Although all measures are taken to avoid cross contamination of products, I do hold gluten in the bakery and therefore cannot guarantee against airborne contamination. Therefore, my products may not be suitable for coeliacs. Please check with the individual that this environment is suitable for their needs before ordering.
I offer a wide range of products that do not contain soy however as I hold soy within the bakery I cannot guarantee against cross contamination or third party cross contamination.
Although all online ranges are free from sesame containing ingredients as I do hold sesame within the bakery I cannot guarantee against cross contamination or third party cross contamination.

What flours do you use?
All products contain a different mix of flours. My vegan products contain unbleached flour. Each gluten free products contain different flours mixes including: brown rice, potato, ground almonds, arrowroot and buckwheat flour. Please check the ingredients page for specific ingredients (where available).
What natural sweetener do you use?
I use a mixture of coconut blossom sugar and organic agave. Please check individual products for further details.
Are your naturally sweetened products suitable for diabetics?
Please make sure to check with the individual receiving the cake that the natural sweetener used is suitable for them.
My dietary needs are not covered on your current product list?
Please feel free to contact me with your specific requests and where possible I will be happy to substitute ingredients to match your required needs. Please be advised there may be an extra charge for this.
Can you make me a cake with eggs and dairy?
No. I do not hold any animal derived ingredients onsite and therefore cannot produce a cake with such ingredients.
Can you make me a themed or different shaped cake?
All my cakes come in 8 or 10” round shape. If you require bespoke additions to your cake please do not hesitate to contact me here with your request and I will be happy to help where possible. Please note I do not produce any character or shaped cakes.
I’ve seen a product at the market that I would like to purchase but it is not listed online?
The market menu changes seasonally and offers a different variety of products to the online range. Please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to suggest similar products that are available to purchase online.
How long can I keep my products for?
All the products are freshly made to order and I advise that they are consumed on the day of delivery to ensure quality and freshness.
If you are storing your products I recommend keeping outside of the fridge in a cool place.
Can I freeze my order?
My products can be frozen however this will affect quality and freshness.
Do you offer discount on multiple purchases?
There are no discounts offered for online products. For large (over 400 units) or bespoke orders please do contact me and I will be happy to send you a quote.
My postcode is not on your postcode deliver list?
I can arrange delivery to any UK postcode. If your postcode is not on our list please contact me and I will be happy to arrange a special delivery.
I need a different or more specific time for delivery?
Monday – Friday: 9am – 2pm
Saturday: 10am – 5pm
All deliveries are dispatched from our Chingford bakery and delivered in postcode order; therefore, I am unable to provide a more specific time as delivery times are dependant to what is onboard.
How do I store my product once it arrives?
Your order will come with a care card explaining how to store your product.
Please store your products outside of the fridge in a cool place. I suggest that all products are consumed on day of delivery to ensure quality and freshness.
What if I am out when my delivery arrives?
Please be sure to specify alternative delivery information when booking online. The couriers will be happy to leave with a neighbour or in a desired location as specified when booking. If no one is available to receive delivery the driver will return the product to the bakery and you will need to make other arrangements to collect. Alternatively, I can arrange redelivery for the following day at an additional cost.
